Justlearn platform uses the Zoom software for lessons between tutors and students.
It is a video conferencing tool with local, desktop, and mobile app for online usage, as an audio or video meeting.
Before starting your first lesson, you need to install the software. Zoom is available for free with unlimited meetings on the following link: https://zoom.us/download.

If you need a quick guide for recording audio or video lessons with your tutor, please read the several following lines:
Setting the recording options
- Sign in to the Zoom portal.
- Click to Meeting Settings.
- Click on the Local Recording option and enable the setting.
Starting a recording
- Start the meeting, in this case, a lesson as a host.
- Click the option to Record.
- Select the ‘Record on this computer’ option.
- Click on the ‘Participants’ option to see which ones are recording the lesson.
- When the lesson is finished, Zoom automatically converts the recording and you will have access to the recorded audio or video lesson.
The recorded lesson is in the mp4 format.
