As a new student, before starting your lesson, you need to be prepared. By prepared we mean that you should check your browser, internet connection, or an app on your mobile device.
In the following lines, you will find instructions on what to check before getting started.
Internet Connection
You need an internet connection to talk with your teacher. A solid internet connection is considered at least 10Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed. To make sure that your internet connection is on a satisfying level, please check out on the speed test. There are many available. You can use, for example, the following: http://www.speedtest.net/
PC Device
Whether Justlearn works on PC just as well as on mobile devices, we recommend checking your laptop or desktop computer has a camera and microphone; external or internal, it is not important.
The important thing is that both work fine so that you don’t have technical difficulties during lessons.
To avoid the echo, we suggest using headphones.
Getting Started
When all these tasks are finished, you are free to start learning. But, before you start, make sure that you’ve got the following steps finished.
- Log in to Justlearn ( After signing up for the first time to the platform.)
- Choose a class. Find a class on https://www.justlearn.com.
- Book a lesson
- Join the lesson on time. To join a lesson, you need to click on the ‘Join Lesson’ button that you can find on the Dashboard. You can’t miss it since the platform automatically shows the following lesson.
- Write a review. Reviews are good not only for tutors but for students, too. Both can see what makes a tutor suitable, and what should be improved.
